No Kromi contract lives on paper. Every service rests on equipment installed on your shop floor and on a portal open for tracking what happens there.
Managing tools is not delivering boxes. It is knowing who took what, for which machine, on which shift and at what cost — and being able to prove it at month end.
So that this happens without creating work for your people, Kromi brings into the plant the dispensing equipment suited to each type of item and makes everything recorded there available in its own portal.
Three formats, chosen by item turnover, by value and by the level of control the operation demands.
KTC
Electronic cabinet installed on the shop floor. The operator identifies themselves, takes what they need and the system records the withdrawal on the spot — no storekeeper in between, no paper requisition, on any shift.
OTC
Drawer cabinet under Kromi management, without automation. The client raises the request in the portal and our technician, who holds the key, picks and delivers the item. It works well where turnover is lower or the item does not fit the KTC.
KS
The KTC principle applied to PPE. The worker identifies themselves and takes the equipment; the system records the issue with date, time and certification. The issue record stops being paper and becomes a searchable record.
Everything the equipment records reaches the portals. That is where your team sees consumption, cost and history without waiting for a report by e-mail.
Tool consumption, cost per part, tool life and withdrawal history. It is where the Tool Management operation becomes visible, from the KTC to the indicator.
MRO item requests raised by the client's own team, with delivery by our storekeeper, plus the MRO and PPE reports.
